docs(readme): clean up Star Features badges and fix Copilot SDK stats badge keys
- remove all Market badges from Star Features headings - replace invalid p0_dl/p0_vw placeholders with correct per-post MD5-keyed Gist badges - remove GitHub Copilot SDK row from Top 6 table (not in ranked stats yet)
