🔧 修复社区统计功能

- 修正 README 结构：标题 → 语言切换 → 简介 → 统计 → 内容
- 英文版使用英文统计文本，中文版使用中文统计文本
- 修正插件 URL 为 /posts/{slug} 格式
- 清理 README_CN.md 中的重复内容
