🔧 修复数据解析和添加英文报告

- 修正 data 字段解析路径：data.function.meta 而不是 data.meta
- 现在正确显示插件类型 (action/filter) 和版本号
- 添加英文版详细报告 (community-stats.en.md)
- generate_markdown 方法支持中英文切换
